Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. This includes all 50 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and military APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Total delivery time is typically between 8 to 17 business days. This includes 1-3 business days for order processing and an additional 7-14 business days for standard shipping.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your package's journey.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hi@tjuso.com. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee it due to our quick processing times.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For customers in the European Union, there is a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel or return your order for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Yes, all TJUSO products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase and covers issues related to craftsmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
